Good Morning Babes and welcome to Day 3 of our 10 Day Challenge. If this is your first visit I'm doing a 10 day challenge with 3 other amazing bloggers. Up today is Favorite Book or Inspired by a Book. I originally chose a book by Rick Riordan (author of Percy Jackson and the Olympians) but I didn't get the IP's that I planned on using in time enough, so I will revisit them on my next Sunday Funday. One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish by Dr Seuss is the book that I chose. My favorite book by Dr Seuss as a child was Green Eggs and Ham but I was running super short on time and daylight so I chose something super simple. I used 2 coats of Bettina Marshmallow as my base, stamped with Bundle Monster IP BM04, special black polish, Zoya Sooki, and Bettina Jeans Indigo. It was so plain that I added 2 coats of INM Northern Lights as my tc instead of a regular tc. I redeem myself tomorrow, I promise ;o)
My Challenge Mates:
Carolina - Colores de Carol
Tera - Nails in Nippon
Marta - Chit Chat Nails
Thinking of it now I really should have used Bettina Glamour Midnite as my base coat to make this mani not look so blah. Its pretty easy to see that I just stamped the title of the book on each nails in order... Don't forget to stop by and check out what my lovely challenge buddies Carolina, Tera, and Marta came up with for their Book Nails. See you tomorrow for Animal Print Nails, I really had fun doing them :o)

ReplyDeleteI love how you stamped it in order! Those fish bones are too cute! I really need to look into stamping.
ReplyDeleteSimple is great and super effective sometimes! I never read Dr. Seuss because I didn't "grow up" in Canada so I missed the who Dr. Seuss-ness...
ReplyDeleteI for one really like this ... and the glitter finish is PURRRRFECT
