So today my heart was fluttering all over the place because I got my swap package from Catharina from Nails by Catharina (Check out her blog, I love her!), all the way from Sweden. This is both of our first swaps and I love doing them and plan on doing many more and have a few in the works :) . This swap is especially special to me because I got FIVE polishes that I have been drooling over for months that aren't available in the US. Also Catharina (and Neglelakkmani) were the first blogs that I ever stumbled upon while I was googling "Perfect Pink Polish" and ever since then I have been a frequent visitor of her blog. Here's what I got:
L-R: Notoriously Beautiful, Peppermint Fusion, Blue My Mind, HK Corrall Summer, HK Pink Summer.
All are H&M polishes that aren't available here at the H&M's in the US. Blue is my most favorite color in the whole wide world and it shares that place with pink that comes in just a smidgen behind. These were the polishes on my wish list that I had the *** by it, and I got ALL the ones from H&M that I wanted (more have since been added lol, but these are to die for). I am one happy woman today :) To be seen SOON! THANKS CATHARINA!

Bettina Topaz
Good Morning Babes! Today I have Bettina Topaz for you from the Gems Collection. The formula was good and easy to work with, it did need 3 coats however and dry time was a bit on the long side. I stamped using Bundle Monster plate BM224, Konad special polish in white, and Seche as my top coat. The finish had a glass like finish with micro shimmer, GORG! This color was beautiful but I had a hard time capturing it when I was taking pictures so I will definitely be re-visiting this beauty.
Here's Topaz on it own after painting the previous night. As I previously stated it took forever to dry and even after applying Seche and letting it sit for the normal amount of time that it takes Seche to dry my other Bettina's it STILL got messed up! So I will definitely be swatching this again when I have plenty of time on my hands.
What do you think about Bettina Topaz? Its actually very pretty but I just couldn't get a good picture to save my life. Thanks for stopping by!

Sunday Funday - My First Water Marble
Good Morning Babes! What I have for you this morning is my first water marble. I used the Bettina Jeans Collection (missing Vintage), with 2 thin coats of Sand Blast as my base. It didn't come out as good as I wanted because I only prepared one cup of water, next time I will definitely make sure I have 3 cups filled with purified water if I'm doing both hands and 2 if I'm just swatching. There was a little bit of bubbling on the last 2 nails but it wasn't terrible. I topped it off with a coat of Seche and then INM Northern Lights to make it pop. Onto the pictures...
What do you think of my first water marbling attempt? I'm definitely going to keep working on it so that I can get better and better. Thanks for stopping by :)

Bettina Ocean
Good Morning Babes! Today I have Bettina Ocean from the Resort Collection. This is probably the polish that I was the most excited about because the color is so different, and I am not disappointed. For the swatches below I used 2 thin coats of Ocean, Konad plate M85 with special white polish, and topped it off with Seche. I am in love with Bettina, the formula is AMAZING, such an easy paint and dries lightning fast - like to the touch with pressure in a couple of minutes! The sun finally showed its face today so I was able to get some good pictures without having to use flash :)
And here's a swatch of Ocean by itself, check out how shiny it is with NO top coat, all the Bettina's are like that (at least the ones I've swatched so far).
Can you believe that shine?!??! There is no top coat on Ocean by itself! The stamp-icure pictures are most accurate, but this polish is absolutely beautiful and you really have to see it in person! How do you like Ocean and the stamp I chose to go with it? I didn't want to take it off!

Guest Post: Carolina from Colores de Carol
Today I have a guest post from Carolina over at Colores de Carol. I LOVE her blog and her creativity, she's so sweet and gave me tons of pointers when I went to her with questions when I first started my blog :) . She was also one of my first followers which was so exciting because you don't expect a blog that you are crazy about and that's very popular to be one of your first followers. Here's the lovely mani she sent over:
Hello gentle readers,
When Marketta asked me to do a Guest Post for her I couldn't deny because she is a very enthusiastic girl. She's always looking to learn and improve her skills. Today I'm showing you a manicure I did specially for her readers. For this manicure I applied two coats of Nicole by OPI Green Up Your Act!, a creamy army green, then I applied one coat of Sinful Colors Green Ocean, a clear base with green glitter and larger green flakies. For the design I used Bundle Monster plate BM 210 and China Glaze Cherish.
